    1- Keep Your Heart Healthy: Small strokes result in vascular dementia. When the blood supply to the brain is altered it can adversely affect cognitive ability. To reduce your risk of stroke, control your blood pressure with an active lifestyle, a healthy natural diet and with medication, if you have to.

Your videos are very helpful. My Mom was diagnosed with this frontal temporal type, and since my dumb sister was put in charge of her person, my sister has not allowed my Mom supplements nor has Mom been on a proper diet that I had her on while in my care. She's been going down hill quickly ever since, now in diapers, can no longer write letters etc… This in 4 months time. My sister had her put in a state run mental hospital where they fed her simple carbohydrates, and aspartame kool-aid 3 x's a day. I called her daily to remind her not to drink the Kool-Aid.  I don't think she remembered.  She was stuck there for almost 4 mos. until some dumb doctor diagnosed her, and Mom is now 3 hours away from me in assisted living, 40 min. from my second eldest sister who found the place.  I am furious, but because my eldest dumb sister was put in charge, the doc's do not listen to me when I beg to have her put on nutrients and a low carb diet. At court the doctor testified over the phone, after I testified that dementia can be reversed, and he said that it was impossible to reverse dementia, making my dumb sister feel like she won the battle to have my Mom placed in full time care. Now my 2 oldest sister's teamed up and believe that there is no hope for my Mom, and they do not believe how well she did with coconut oil, B12, Vit. D, probiotic foods, low carbs, cinnamon and turmeric whenever possible, plus I began giving her a product by Dr. Edward Group called Brain Force.  She was NORMAL with this combination.  No one believes me except my younger sister who is too bound up with personal problems of her own and live many states away, to come to court to testify on Mom's behalf. By the way neither older sister's spoke to her much and visited only about two times a year, so they didn't see her mass improvements in the couple months after I got her on those specific supplements on a regular basis.  If I had money, I would hire a lawyer and go after every person who helped to make my Mom's disease worse, and who is too ignorant to learn that there is hope for Dementia patients like my Mom, especially my eldest sister. I recently sent a packet of info. on those supplements to my Mom's new doc., in hopes she might influence my sister to allowing them. If that doesn't work, my next step is to find a free lawyer, but that just doesn't sound very promising.

  3. It looks like I was a smart kid! I had some surgery when I was about 11-12 years old, and the doctor prescribed antibiotics after the surgery. I would take the pill from the nurse, and I would discard it in the garbage! I always had a medication phobia! Even now being in my early 70s I do not take any prescription drugs. I was diagnosed with nodules on the thyroid and the endocrinologist wanted to do a biopsy, I told her that first I will change my diet, and in six months I will do the check again!… For now I stop eating bread and other glutens, I reduce the amount of simple sugars, and I am taking coconut oil every day (in my coffee). I also increased the green leafy greens and other vegetables, I reduce meat intake, drink more water.

  8. According to physical therapists if you've ever seen physical therapy on YouTube Bob and Brad they're always saying that you can correct that C spine without being adjusted. There are. Exercises that they show to put that seats behind in place same with the lumbar. I wonder wonder is that really so according to Dr. Bergman
